THERE was no coaching conducted for the Tableland Company of Archers beginners on Sunday last, instead seven members shot the first round of their Clout club championsh­ips. Two members shot a practice target round at 30m. A special meeting was held after the shoot.

Next Sunday February 16 a 72 arrow round club shoot will be shot by the members, practice at 8.30am. Shooting starts at 9am. Members don’t forget to nominate yourselves on the “iScored.today” program the day before. Thanks to the members who mowed the grounds and repaired the toilet, much appreciate­d.

Coaching for beginners will be conducted on Sunday 16 at Kerribee Park Archery Range off Springs Rd, Mareeba. Beginners please phone George Neilson on 4092 2228.
