Search for missing man, 53

POLICE have co-ordinated a land and air search for a 53-year-old Bentley Park man (right) last seen walking in the local area about 9am on Friday.

The man was reported missing on Saturday morning.

Police and SES personnel conducted searches of the Bentley Park and Edmonton areas on Saturday until about 7pm, with the search restarting about 8am yesterday morning.

The search included personnel on foot and in vehicles, as well as the Rescue 510 helicopter, with the search area including parklands, bushland and local waterways. Police asked local property owners to check their yards and sheds.

The man was described as caucasian, about 180cm tall with brown hair. He was last seen wearing black pants, a red shirt, a white jumper and boots. He also wore glasses.
