COMMERCIAL property hunters will have a chance to snag some prime Mulgrave Road real estate at auction next month.

The fringe CBD two-storey office building at 63 Mulgrave Road will be auctioned on site on June 4 at 11am.

The owners want the property sold as it is now surplus to the needs of their business.

The ground floor of this building is fully portioned with reception, work alcoves, a board room and toilets.
