BRINDABELL­A Quay at Trinity Park is fast becoming millionair­e’s row, with 10 waterfront properties breaking the $1m mark in recent years and a stunning five-bedroom home on the market for $2.5m.

The home at 3 Brindabell­a Quay sold for $2.45m in May, 22-24 Brindabell­a Quay fetched $2.65m in 2018, 26 Brindabell­a Quay sold for $1.53m in 2018 and 4 Brindabell­a Quay made $2.5m in 2017.
