BUYERS in search of a quality light, bright office or retail space are showing interest in a ground-floor property at 101/6 Lake St, Cairns.
Knight Frank agent Matt Carless said although the 300sq m property had only just been listed, potential purchasers had picked up the phone.
He said they had been intrigued by the floor plan, which comprised three individual offices, a big kitchen, staff facilities and full glass frontage to Lake St.

Mr Carless said properties of this calibre were quite rare.
