It is in a desirable suburb, on a corner block of 812sq m with subdivision potential.

RE/MAX agent Gisele George said the property was now under contract.

It last changed hands for $163,000 in 1994.

“I had multiple offers and 25 inquiries – it is a total original renovator with obvious termite damage, in a great location,” she said.

“The termites were live, but have been treated.”
