HOLD ON FOR THE RIDE
IT IS not often that I agree with Jeff Kennett but I certainly do with his comments in the Cairns Post on Thursday.
Both major parties should be made to publish a total cost of their election commitments so that we cannot vote for the one with the biggest shopping list.
Whichever party forms government after the 21st of this month will be faced with two choices, one is to not follow through on the majority of the plethora of election commitments and the other is to far worsen the already vast debt owed by this country and send us into a downward spiral leading to recession.
