Premium storage a huge hit

Following the Cairns Regional Council’s approval of the development application, The Yards Premium Storage facility in North Cairns has been met with high demand, with more than 70 per cent of lots sold off the plan prior to the commencement of its marketing campaign.

The development fills a gap in the market for inner-city storage, providing a premium storage solution for locals with multiple possessions like cars, boats, caravans and jet skis.

The facility provides 24-hour camera surveillance within a secure compound, specifically designed as a premium storage solution. The sheds are concrete construction with electric roller doors, LED lighting, power points and a sink. The majority of sheds also have 6m high internal clearances to allow for optimum flexibility in internal layout and design.
