Poor mentality with carbon tax

-

IT IS difficult to comprehend that Julia Gillard is actually a qualified and experienced lawyer because she is displaying a very poor mentality with her carbon tax. She isn’t setting a good example for her profession.

To make matters worse, all of her cabinet ministers, some also university educated, support that futile tax. For example, it is a mystery how the world’s worst treasurer Wayne Swan managed to graduate from Queensland University.

There is no United Nations international emissions reduction agreement and Australia’s emissions are only 1.4% of the world’s total emissions. Any reduction in that 1.4% because of the carbon tax, would be so miniscule it would do nothing to reduce global temperatures including Australia’s.

A 10-year-old primary school student would probably be able to understand that explanation, but not the PM, who holds a law degree.

Surely Labor Caucus can see the danger in Julia Gillard’s poor political judgment. She appears prepared to lead Labor to oblivion in the next election because of her stupidity and dogmatism. The nation urgently needs a new Labor Prime Minister with common sense, who repeals that mad new tax. It isn’t all for the Labor party, it is for the nation’s betterment.

The current squabble between the climate change minister, Greg Combet and the state governments over the impact on electricity bills by the carbon tax should be unnecessary because there should be not carbon tax. I wonder which university the daft Mr Combet attended.
