KATRINA Dunn says the best thing about being cellar manager at Preston Peak Wines is that she is always busy.
From designing wine bottle labels to liaising with the wine makers, Ms Dunn said her role for the past three years had been multi-faceted and fascinating.
“There’s always something happening,” she said.
“I’ve always been involved in hospitality and wine has been a big part of that.
“It’s hard to say what I love the most about my job because it is so multi-faceted, but a big part of that is the diverse range of things I do.”
