Major result for campaign

-

LUKE Darr of Colliers International has sold 7 Allen Court after a successful industrial portfolio campaign.

Heading into the campaign Mr Darr knew 7 Allen Court presented far too many benefits to the potential investor for it not to sell, either post, during or prior to auction.

The commercial team at Colliers International Toowoomba implemented its first industrial portfolio campaign late last year. Comprising of three properties varying from tenanted investments to vacant possessions, the campaign resulted in interest derived from the properties specific buyer potential.

Corporate videos were shot for each property, with ample curiosity by the public.

“This gave the property a whole new perspective. It took the potential buyer on their own virtual inspection. One that they could take over and over again if they wanted to,” Mr Parr said.

The industrial auction site drew a great turn out, with accompaniment by the Colliers Toowoomba team as well as a sausage sizzle and refreshments.

Prior to the auction, Mr Darr continued the campaign’s objectives, knowing the property would greatly suit any industrial industry investor.

The property offers a dual tenanted investment with equally successful tenants in Melrod Transport & Equipment Hire Pty Ltd and Planet Paints Pty Ltd.

Mr Darr said that, “Driving by Allen Court and seeing the property’s location and street frontage would win any investor over. With neighbouring businesses such as Equifab, Savanna Energy, Darling Downs Metals, Land Transport & Garden City Couriers, 7 Allen Court has no shortage of industrial traffic flow.”

With a whopping total area of 8087sq m, and potential to expand to include a third tenancy with an additional third entry point, the sale of this property was inevitable.

Nonetheless Mr Darr said, “I am rapt to present this property as sold. It has been an outstanding buy for the purchasers.”
