Each project entered into the awards is assessed by independent judges who look at criteria such as quality of workmanship, degree of construction difficulty, external appeal, siting and aspect, and amenities and aesthetics. The event carries a sterling reputation and with more than 1,000 entries received in 2013, being chosen as a winner is a glowing indicator of the quality of your home.
