City sits high on list of app searches

-

Toowoomba’s property market could be heating up with prospective homebuyers clearly doing their research on properties in the 4350 postcode.

Toowoomba has been the fourth most searched area in Australia on BOQ’s property app since it launched in November last year.

BOQ’s property app gives users free access to RP Data reports that include estimated property valuations.

App users simply type in the property address and in less than two minutes the seven page report which includes estimated property value, sales history and suburb profile is emailed directly to them.

BOQ Regional Manager Anthony Kuskie said using this kind of technology would become common place for house-hunters.

“House-hunters are becoming savvier and doing their research to have a better understanding of suburb profiles and housing values to ensure they’re making well-informed offers,” Mr Kuskie said.

“This app is the only one on the market that gives users free access to RP Data reports that include an estimated property value.

“Now at open homes, prospective homebuyers can have a comprehensive property report in their hands in the time it takes them to walk through the gate to the front door.

“That’s the confidence and convenience house-hunters are looking for,” he said.

BOQ’s property app also helps ease the pressure of the home-buying process by providing customers with contacts from BOQ branches who can offer their advice and assistance.

The app launched in partnership with RP Data provides reports on almost any residential property or suburb in Australia and is available to BOQ customers and non-customers.

The BOQ Property App is free and available via iTunes and Google Play.
