Industrial site close to CBD

-

Astand-alone industrial site close to the Toowoomba CBD is being offered for sale by Ray White Commercial Toowoomba. The property at 10 Progress Court, Harlaxton, in Toowoomba’s north is being marketed by Ray White Commercial Toowoomba’s Craig Bradley.

Mr. Bradley said this was a limited opportunity for an owner-occupier or investor to obtain a smaller multi-purpose industrial site within the Toowoomba industrial region.

“The 450sq m building area includes a side awning with an additional mezzanine storage and lunchroom levels,” he said.

“This is complemented by a brand new front air-conditioned showroom with an extra two offices with kitchen and disabled amenities to fulfill complete comfort within the one site.

“The property also includes three-phase power, water tank and additional rear storage,” he said.

Mr. Bradley also said the property was positioned just off Ruthven Street which is one of the Toowoomba’s busiest roads and forms part of the New England Highway.

“Toowoomba is the commercial and economic hub of the Darling Downs, widely accepted as the service centre for the Surat Basin and the resource rich western region has been forecast to benefit from the thriving agriculture, manufacturing and energy industries,” he said.

The property is being marketed for $535,000 +GST as vacant possession with an option to lease also available.
