Let the Tender Centre help you unload your excess stuff
SELLING or buying a house is recognised as one of the most stressful situations in a person’s life. Some say it sits just below death and divorce. That said, when done with a little help, moving can actually be a fabulous opportunity to declutter and alleviate stress.
Often people are change-allergic and if that’s the case with you, seize your move as an easy opportunity to get rid of items you have painstakingly decluttered by contacting the Tender Centre. It is the one place in town where they can sell everything for you. Locally owned and managed, the Tender Center operates a professional, private and silent auction service — the only one of its kind in the region.
Customers have the option to drop off items for tender on Friday through to Wednesday of each week.
The friendly and professional staff at the Tender Centre then spend Thursdays arranging all of the submitted items on display for sale. Sales are held every Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The Tender Centre is all about safe selling and they do all the negotiations on your behalf, without strangers ever having to come to your home. Ease your selling stress in four easy steps: 1) Declutter your home and bring your unwanted items to the Tender Centre by Wednesday, or ring for them to arrange a courier pick-up for you. 2) The friendly staff will help you fill in your vendor form and label
all your items. You can set your own reserve price on each item. 3) Check online, email or phone the Tender Centre on Sunday night to see what you’ve sold and which items require further negotiation. 4) If you don’t sell your items in the first sale, they can be kept for
a second sale at no charge. Buying and selling at the Tender Centre is simple, efficient and safe. Customers can keep up to date with their specialty sales and what is happening each month via the Tender Centre Toowoomba’s Facebook page or via their website at www.tender.net.au, where buyers can view and bid on items.
The Tender Centre is located at 217 McDougall Street, Toowoomba.
