FOUR drivers pleaded guilty before Toowoomba Magistrate­s Court yesterday to driving while under the influence of liquor with readings above 0.15, including:

Scott Sherwood Hamilton, 24, of Toowoomba, who was fined $1100 and disqualifi­ed from holding or obtaining a driver’s licence for 10 months after blowing a breath/alcohol reading of 0.18 on Kitchener St, April 25.

Jason Shaun Austin Downie, 20, blew 0.175 after crashing his car into a power pole on Burstow St on April 27. He was fined $950 and disqualifi­ed from driving for seven months with no conviction recorded.

Marissa Shari Kenyon, 27, of Withcott, was fined $950 and disqualifi­ed from driving for six months for having blown a breath/alcohol reading of 0.157 on Rowbotham St, Toowoomba, on April 6.
