Compensation fight

VICTIMS of the 2003 Canberra bushfires, which destroyed 500 homes and left four dead, are continuing their fight to make the NSW Government pay for the damage. The ACT Supreme Court previously ruled that the NSW Government was not liable as firefighters had acted in good faith.
