Clear sailing for new owners

-

ACOMMERCIAL property in Noosaville has been sold by Ray White Commercial for $625,000.

The site, located at 16 Project Ave, Noosaville, was purchased by local business group, Laguna Boating Centre, following an expression of interest campaign by John Petralia and Paul Forrest of Ray White Commercial Noosa.

Mr Petralia said the marketing campaign had attracted significant interest from prospective buyers due to the proper- ty’s strategic location and approval for vehicle and boat sales.

“After fielding a number of inquiries throughout the campaign, we presented seven offers to the owner, before the final negotiation with the eventual buyer,” he said.

“Due to the length of time the previous owner had operated his business out of the site, this was a well-known building that was always going to draw strong interest.”

Mr Forrest said

the about 1000sq m site, which featured a well-equipped 477sq m office building, was ideally positioned to take advantage of future developments in the surrounding area.

“Project Ave is located off Venture Dr and with the proposed new access road to Gateway Dr and the Bunnings Superstore, this will lead to an increase in exposure for businesses in this area,” he said.
