A PROMINENT corner site anchored by two major tenants at Coopers Plains in Brisbane’s south is offered for sale via Ray White Commercial.

The property at 124 Orange Grove Rd, Coopers Plains, is being marketed in an expressions of interest campaign by Mark Greer of Ray White Retail and James Zhou of Ray White Commercial Sunnybank.

Mr Greer said the fully refurbished property was leased to national tenants Suncorp and Red Rooster.

“Suncorp is one of Queensland’s leading financial institutions and Red Rooster has more than 350 stores nationwide,” he said.

“There are also two additional tenancies on site ranging in size from 70sq m to 160sq m that can be leased or occupied by the purchaser.”

Mr Greer said the site had a land area of about 1609sq m and a building area of 278sq m.

“The property features an on-site transformer with 400 amps per phase and a brand new 5000-litre grease trap with provision for two new fast food operators to move in next to Red Rooster,” he said. “The site also comes equipped with 16 on-site car parks and has an estimated net income of $149,828.”

Mr Zhou said the marketing campaign was expected to generate solid interest from owner occupiers and investors looking to secure a property with a long-term te- nant in an emerging suburb.

Expressions of interest for the property close at 4pm on Wednesday, June 11.
