finally released what will probably go down as the most pro-beard album in history.”

Fellow band member Face McStubblington answered some of our most beardy questions ahead of The Beard Album tour.

The band started back in 2005 because they could no longer stand for the gross oppression of the bearded factions of modern society.

Songs about beards.

Humanity naturally evolves toward the greater good with social justice issues like this. For example, it won’t be long before two bearded men can marry. I’m not surprised to see more, socially intelligent young people growing beards. It’s a natural progression.

Joining the Beards on their tour is musical comedian Franky Walnut from Allora.

He is a country boy who’s been described as John Williamson meets Kevin Bloody Wilson without as much swearing.

His debut album The Franky Walnut Reflective Drink Coaster was released in April and he even featured a solo show at the Sydney Comedy Festival.

Tickets for The Beard Album: Australian Launch Tour cost $25 and can be purchased online at thebeards.com.au/tour.
