QUEENSLAND crushed South Australia by 94 runs in their Matador Cup one-day match at Allan Border Field yesterday.

Joe Burns (pictured) led the way in the victory with a run-a-ball knock of 115 runs.

Peter Forrest (98) and Nathan Reardon (75 not out) helped the Bulls post an imposing 351 which was enough to earn the Bulls a bonus point after they dismissed the Redbacks for 257.

Callum Ferguson led the way for South Australia with 98 from 91 balls.

Meanwhile, a maiden century by Moises Henriques cemented New South Wales’ position at the top of the table.

The Blues downed Victoria by five wickets at North Sydney Oval.

Set 294 to win after Cameron White top-scored with 107 for the Bushrangers, NSW was behind the required run rate for most of the innings before Henriques opened his shoulders, eventually run out for 131 off 112 balls.

Ben Rohrer (42 not out) and Ryan Carter (20 not out) combined to get the Blues over the line.
