Chill arrives

WINTER is slowly arriving in Stanthorpe, with the first frost of the year appearing around town yesterday morning. Temperatures dropped early in the morning, with Tristan Meyers from Weatherzone saying temperatures dropped to zero. “Temperatures between six and seven am lingered around 0.1 and 0.4°,” he said. Mornings are also expected to warm up slightly again, before cooler mornings return next week.
