Parking woes

A DISGRUNTLED motorist sabotaged numerous inner-city parking meters yesterday. A witness saw the man stuffing cardboard into the meters, disrupting motorists’ ability to pay for parking. Most of the parking meters were located in Neil St. The cardboard appeared to be a torn-up takeaway menu. Toowoomba Regional Council parking inspectors removed the cardboard after the incident.
