Good Guys win

PROVING that they are the good guys, The Good Guys Toowoomba was awarded a prestigious Roy Morgan Customer Satisfaction Award for 2016. It’s the the fifth time in the past six years the city store nabbed the award in the furniture/electrical store category.

The Good Guys won the award based on customer satisfaction ratings collected from Roy Morgan’s Single Source survey of about 50,000 Australian consumers annually. The results were analysed over the course of 12 months to identify Australian businesses that consistently satisfied a higher proportion of their customers than their rivals.
