Agency launches interactive experience

-

TOOWOOMBA real estate agent, Tye Thies and Coronis Toowoomba, has launched state-of-the-art marketing software in partnership with international digital marketing leaders, Diakrit.

In a Queensland first, Coronis Toowoomba’s clients can interact with listings online like never before thanks to several new tools including magazine quality photography, D-Furnish, D-Photo Styling, Photo Panorama VR plus 2D and 3D floor plans, allowing potential buyers to mentally move in and engage with the property.

Coronis Toowoomba sales leader Tye Thies said he was excited to introduce the Toowoomba market to the revolutionary software and believes it would significantly enhance his client’s buying experiences.

“I’m very excited about our new partnership with Diakrit, they are the world leaders in delivering innovative digital marketing solutions for the real estate industry,” Mr Thies said.

“Before buyers even walk through a property, they can plan, furnish or renovate it online and visually create their new home so that by the time they attend the Open Home, they’re much more engaged.

“Coronis’ Brisbane offices trialled this product in recent months and saw unprecedented levels of engagement on listings with the Diakrit tools compared to others that aren’t using it therefore we’re eager to roll it out in Toowoomba today and truly offer our clients a unique product in addition to our end-to-end service.”

Mr Thies said everyone could trial the new software on one of his latest listings — 3 Velodrome Dr, Kearneys Spring.

Diakrit co-founder, chief sales and marketing officer and executive vice president Dick Karlsson said he was excited to bring new and exciting digital property marketing solutions to the Queensland market, and together with Coronis, help buyers and vendors achieve their real estate dreams sooner.

“Coronis are embracing industry-first technology that is already pervading in other progressive markets such as Sweden, Norway and the USA, and being able to offer high-quality floorplans, unique photography style, furnish and renovation tools, and 360° VR tours ensures they can deliver the best results for their clients,” Mr Karlsson said. “Through this partnership, we look forward to driving innovative experiences within Queensland’s real estate industry.”
