Main street leverages new additions

LJ HOOKER Commercial Toowoomba has secured two new tenants within a 546sq m retail property in Ruthven St.

Experimac and Fully Promoted, part of the United Franchise Group, are sharing the space as part of their introduction to the Toowoomba marketplace.

The floor area of the site covers approximately 200sq m.

LJ Hooker Commercial managing director Mike Stewart secured the lease on behalf of the landlord.

Mr Stewart said the 503 Ruthven St address attracted a significant amount of enquiry during the leasing campaign, with the UFG companies signing on almost immediately after the previous tenant’s exit.

The property has rear access for loading while customers benefit from Ruthven St’s on-street parking.

Experimac sells, buys, trades and repairs Apple products including iPhones, iPads, MacBooks, Mac Pros, iMacs and others.

Fully Promoted offers a suite of branded apparel from for tradesmen through to corporate staff.
