Versatile property has everything

-

JUST 8km west of Wallumbilla and 30km east of Roma is ‘Tipperary’.

The property is about 158ha (approximately 390 acres) in size and was previously used as a depot and accommodation work camp.

Tipperary has frontage to the Warrego Hwy, with its access being off Pickanjinnie North Rd which also provides bitumen frontage.

Added to this, the entrance road to the house and shed is gravel paved.

Accommodation buildings on the property include a timber three-bedroom home and three six-bedroom

accommodation units, plus a utilities and recreation unit, all connected by a covered breezeway.

There is a near-modern 20m x 20m Colorbond shed with concreted floor and 2m concrete apron leading to the large sliding doors.

Leading away from the shed is about 4ha of hardstand.

Beside the shed are three single and one double 40-foot containers, which are connected by arched tarps making three work bays between the containers.

Two of these work bays have in-ground pits. As an added advantage, three-phase power is also connected to the property.

Water on the property is provided by a bore equipped with an electric submersible pump and nine earth dams.

Near the house and sheds are two 70,000L steel container tanks equipped with electric pumps plus an industrial container-sized water purifier.
