Foxy lady accuses Warne of nightclub assault
AUSSIE cricket legend Shane Warne was allegedly at the centre of a nightclub row with a porn star on Friday night.
Valerie Fox, 30, has complained to police and tweeted photos of bruises said to have been caused in a scuffle with the legendary Aussie spinner, writing: “Proud of yourself? Hitting a woman? Vile creature.”
Witnesses looked on as the glamour model and Warne, 48, rowed in a club. She is said to have fallen to the floor clutching her face.
Cops are understood to be investigating if CCTV captured any incident at Loulou’s in Mayfair, central London. It is not known if the pair spent the evening together or met in the club.
Ms Fox insisted on Twitter: “And no, I’m not lying. Just because you’re famous doesn’t mean you can hit women and get away with it.”
She also shared a police incident card saying: “The crime we will investigate is assault.”
The note showed her complaint had been passed to Westminster borough command.
Ms Fox, who has appeared in dozens of porn films, calls herself an “international temptress and glamour model” on Twitter.
Scotland Yard said in a statement: “Detectives are investigating an allegation of assault alleged to have taken place in a nightclub on Hertford Street in Westminster in the early hours of Saturday. There have been no arrests and inquiries continue.”
Warne’s spokesman declined to comment.
