Assault charge

A MAN, 17, appear in court this month after allegedly assaulting another man early Sunday morning.

Police responded to reports of a fight in a car park behind a service station on Drayton St in Dalby about 1.20am.

A 19-year-old man suffered facial injuries in the alleged incident. The 17-year-old man has been charged with several offences including assault occasioning bodily harm.

He is due to appear in the Dalby Magistrates Court on February 27.
