THE cricket world has reacted with disbelief at one of the most suspect-looking match fixing cases of recent times. The ICC has announced it will investigate allegations of match-fixing in the United Arab Emirate’s All-Time Ajman league. The ICC is investigating after the Sharjah Warriors were skittled for 46 chasing a total of 136 set by the Dubai Stars. Video shows batsmen charging down the pitch and not even attempting to return to their crease after swinging nowhere near the ball.
