Manchester bombing thief jailed
A BRITISH beggar has been jailed for four years and three months for stealing from Manchester bombing victims. CCTV footage revealed Chris Parker, 33, stole Pauline Healey’s purse as her 14-year-old granddaughter lay dying metres away on May 22 last year. He also stole an iPhone from a 14-year-old girl caught up in the blast. Parker received global acclaim after telling how he witnessed the blast, which killed 22, and tended to the injured. GoFundMe has since returned $91,000 raised for him. He also admitted using a debit card belonging to Mrs Healey.
