TOOWOOMBA rapper Moses Quoibia is focused on producing music after his first song had gained more than 6000 views online.

The Harristown High School student produces music and dance videos under the pseudonym Youngmoze.

The young rapper wants to encourage his listeners to be the best version of themselves with his lyrics.

Moses said he has always liked to dance with his brothers.

“My brothers and I would dance to any music that would come on the television,” he said.

His introduction to production came when his older brother Edward showed him how to make music with Mixcraft.

“After my brother showed me the program, I would always make music in my spare time,” Moses said.

“My family enjoyed the music I would make and after a couple of years I decided to share my music on social media.”

The first song Moses published was called Famo on Facebook in 2017 which gained 6400 views.

“I was so excited when I saw the numbers increase, because my song was being played around the world,” He said.

Moses said the style of music he produced was inspired by the Migos, while the dancing in the videos was inspired by Ayo and Teo.

Since his debut in 2017, Moses has continued to publish his own work on as Youtube and Soundcloud where he has released 24 songs.
