Focus HR welcomes new owner to fold

-

TOOWOOMBA-based human resources, strategy and workplace health and safety firm Focus HR has welcomed a new owner to the fold.

It’s been a busy year for the multi-award-winning business, which continues to go from strength to strength, adding new skills to its product mix, as well as some new faces.

Toowoomba’s Alistair Green has joined the business, alongside Focus HR business founder Naomi Wilson who has been leading the charge for the past seven years as a successful human resources consultant.

Ms Wilson’s aim has always been to share her passion for great people practices with other small and medium-sized enterprises.

The business has grown into a full-service firm, housing eight permanent employees, and an overflowing toolbox of experienced consultants to draw on.

The pair couldn’t be more excited about future business growth opportunities, and is certain the new dynamic will continue to drive Focus HR forward.

“Alistair and I have been working together for a number of years now across various client projects” Naomi said.

“He has been the brains behind our own very successful strategic planning and execution sessions for the past few years, and it just seemed like a great fit for us to join forces.”

The good news for Focus HR clients is that they now have a highly experienced team member available that they can call upon for their own successful strategic planning.
