How can you have a Seachange in Toowoomba?

-

THE release of the first stage of Pradella Property Ventures’ most recent resort, Seachange Lifestyle Resort Toowoomba, has had many locals asking “A sea change in Toowoomba? Don’t they realise we’re nowhere near the sea?”

It’s a reasonable question and one that director of sales and marketing Alex McMahon is happy to answer.

“We can see why people would find it a bit funny, but inherent in the concept of a sea change there lies a promise, that there will be a change for the better,” Mr McMahon said.

“A true sea change is not just changing where you live, but how you live,” he said.

“You don’t need to move to a coastal location to enjoy a better lifestyle.

“A sea change is about enjoying an easier life, one where you have the opportunity to reward yourself for a lifetime of hard work, whilst becoming part of a true community of neighbours who are sure to become friends.”

“Resort living is very different to living in a standard home in the suburbs,” Mr McMahon said.

“Seachange resorts are securely gated, garden and lawn maintenance is taken care of and you have access to a range of recreational facilities similar to those in five-star holiday resorts.

“There are no rentals, just fellow home owners all looking to enjoy life.”

When Seachange Arundel current residents Ben and Ruth Benelisha retired, they knew it was time for a sea change.

“Retirement for us was about enjoying a vibrant, active lifestyle that afforded us freedom, independence and security,” Ben said.

‘‘ WE LOVE LIVING AT SEACHANGE; WE ARE HAVING THE TIME OF OUR LIFE.” RESIDENTS BEN AND RUTH BENELISHA

“Although we had enjoyed our time in Brisbane, we were tired of the constant gardening and home maintenance,” Ruth said.

“It was time for a change. “Now we love living at Seachange; we are having the time of our life.”

The couple has taken to resort living with enthusiasm.

They have made some great new friends and they enjoy a huge variety of recreational and social activities every week.

The reason our multi-award winning resorts on the Gold Coast have been a success is because homeowners simply love the way they live when they move in.

It’s a winning formula and one that is sure to be a success at the new resort currently being constructed in Toowoomba.

The resort’s sales office is open Monday to Saturday from 9am to 5pm for those who want to learn more.
