Torrington property sold
A MULTI-tenanted industrial investment opportunity at Torrington in Toowoomba’s west has been sold by Ray White Commercial Toowoomba.
The fully serviced property on a land area of 4000sq m at 11-13 Molloy Street, Torrington, was sold by Ray White Commercial Toowoomba’s Craig Bradley.
Mr Bradley said the stand-alone site was unique in that it features six units each with separate title under one owner. The site is now 100 per cent occupied, housing four tenants.
"The 1806sq m building is an approved warehouse and workshop facility suitable for 24/7 operations and located within a ‘Medium Impact Industry’ zone," he said.
"Each unit is separately serviced and features electric roller shutters with offices and mezzanine storage levels."
The property also offers tenancy signboard, plenty of hardstand and is fully fenced.
Mr Bradley said Torrington was just west of Wilsonton and in proximity to the Toowoomba Enterprise Hub, one of the most significant transport, logistics and business hubs in Australia.
Mr Bradley said Toowoomba has many advantages for companies considering a new location.
"Toowoomba offers a lower cost of living and doing business compared to the capital cities as well as nation-leading infrastructure projects, state-of-the art health and award-winning education sectors, plus a major city lifestyle mixed with country charm," he said.
