Interest surges in office complex
A SMALL office complex in a commercial building in the heart of the Toowoomba city centre has been sold by Ray White Commercial Toowoomba following an expressions of interest campaign.
The property offering 220sq m of office space at 6 Union St, Toowoomba, was sold to an owner occupier by Ray White Commercial Toowoomba’s Peter Marks on behalf of a private seller.
Mr Marks said there was strong interest in the marketing campaign with multiple inspections.
“The property was ideal for an owner occupier. The asset included two reception areas, a conference and 14 offices over two levels,” Mr Marks said.
“There was even a spacious vault included.”
Mr Marks said Toowoomba had many advantages for companies considering a new location and the Toowoomba CBD had been attracting both local and out of town business operators.
