Make a splash with jellyfish cups

Ingredient­s

2 cups milk; 1⁄3 cup instant vanilla pudding mix; 85g packet green or yellow jelly crystals; lollies cut into jellyfish; 85g packet blue jelly

crystals; 8 clear plastic cups How

to make:

Place milk in a large bowl. Sprinkle over pudding mix.

Using an electric mixer, beat for 1 minute or until slightly thickened and smooth. Divide mixture evenly between cups. Refrigerat­e for 20 minutes.

Place green/yellow jelly crystals in a large heatproof jug. Add 1 cup boiling water. Stir to dissolve crystals. Add 200ml cold water. Stir well. Refrigerat­e for 15 to 20

minutes or until jelly cools. Pour jelly evenly over vanilla pudding. Refrigerat­e for 1 hour or until jelly has almost set.

Push 3 jellyfish into each cup. Refrigerat­e until set.

Make blue jelly (as per the yellow/green). Refrigerat­e until jelly cools. Pour evenly over lime jelly. Refrigerat­e for 2 hours or until set.
