Make a splash with jellyfish cups
Ingredients
2 cups milk; 1⁄3 cup instant vanilla pudding mix; 85g packet green or yellow jelly crystals; lollies cut into jellyfish; 85g packet blue jelly
crystals; 8 clear plastic cups How
to make:
Place milk in a large bowl. Sprinkle over pudding mix.
Using an electric mixer, beat for 1 minute or until slightly thickened and smooth. Divide mixture evenly between cups. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
Place green/yellow jelly crystals in a large heatproof jug. Add 1 cup boiling water. Stir to dissolve crystals. Add 200ml cold water. Stir well. Refrigerate for 15 to 20
minutes or until jelly cools. Pour jelly evenly over vanilla pudding. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until jelly has almost set.
Push 3 jellyfish into each cup. Refrigerate until set.
Make blue jelly (as per the yellow/green). Refrigerate until jelly cools. Pour evenly over lime jelly. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until set.
