Jellyfish games to play outdoors

GET outside and have some fun playing these games.

Jellyfish jump

Set hula hoops on the ground. These are jellyfish, and your task is to jump from one jellyfish to the next. Your feet must land inside the hoops, otherwise you’ve been stung. At first, lay the hoops at a short distance from one

another. After one round of jelly fish jumping, increase the distance between the hoops and jump again. Continue increasing the distance until the hoops are far apart. The winner is the kid who makes it through the hoops without ever getting stung.

Jellyfish pinata

Cut coloured paper into

long strips and attach to the bottom of a strong garbage bag. Fill the bag with water. Hang by rope from a sturdy tree branch. Each player takes a turn, spinning round three times then trying to hit the jellyfish with a stick to try to pop the bag and get soaked.
