ONE of the spots in the first stage of a massive industrial park west of Toowoomba is now for sale.

The lot in the Surat Basin Industrial Park, on Osborne St in Chinchilla, has a price tag of nearly $800,000.

Surat Basin Real Estate’s Warren Daniells said the 7100sq m block of land sat next to several companies heavily invested in the coal seam gas industry in the region.

“Ideally located opposite the new QGC Upstream logistics hub, (this is a) cluster with a host of national and international companies,” he wrote in the online listing.

Mr Daniells said all sites came with three-phase power and could enjoy fast building developments on them.

“All sites in the Surat Basin Industrial park have preliminary approval for up to a 1000sq m warehouse to be built on site,” he said.
