Highfields welcomes new pet salon

DOG grooming salon, Pampered Paws QLD has just opened its doors at Shop 1, 10486 New England Highway in Highfields.

Commercial sales and leasing agent Arthur Carpenter from Colliers International Toowoomba leased the property late last year.

Mr Carpenter says, Jessica Holland (business owner) has managed well-established pet salons for the past nine years and has just relocated to Toowoomba for further job opportunities.

"Jessica’s partner is involved in the oil and gas industry and she has a son who is attending a local primary school this year. They are all excited about the professional and lifestyle opportunities that Highfields and the Toowoomba region has to offer," he said.

Arthur further commented that Jessica came to him looking for a shop with great exposure, parking for clients and to be located in close proximity to other service businesses.

"This site ticked all the boxes and the landlords are excited to have Pampered Paws as a tenant," he said.

"A few short weeks ago this site was vacant, and it has now been transformed into an attractive pet and client friendly destination," Mr Carpenter said.
