Make sure you head on down to the House and Land Expo today (Feb 16) from 9am to 2pm in the Harvey Norman Electrical car park.

Brad Lipp ‘The Land Man’ (pictured right with Luca Greenleaf ) says he is excited about Toowoomba’s fourth House and Land Expo this weekend.

"This Expo is a one-stop-shop for all aspiring home builders," he said.

"Our team will be on site to speak to you about available land in the Toowoomba region."

"We currently manage the marketing and selling of 15 estates located in a number of suburbs, including Cabarlah, Wyreema, Glenvale, Westbrook and Hodgsonvale," he added.

In total, 21 exhibitors will be present on the day. Reputable house, shed, patio and pool builders, financiers, solicitors, tilers and solar panel installers will be available to answer your questions and concerns.

Mr Lipp said as well as a free sausage sizzle, coffee and face painting, there will also be a number of massive giveaways.

"We value our community and the people who support us, so this year we are giving away an 8-day P&O cruise holiday for two in a mini-suite," he said.

"Harvey Norman Electrical has also kindly donated a $4999 743-litre Mitsubishi Fridge."

To win, simply come along on the day to enter the draw at any of the exhibitor’s present. The cruise will be drawn at 11.30am.
