150 years of rail

THE Clifton township is celebrating 150 years of their historic Clifton Railway Station on Saturday, March 9.

The day will kick off with street markets, and Southern Downs Steam Railway from Warwick will bring their steam train out for the day.

There will also be a town crier, petting zoo, model trains and Finnegans Wake is on at O’Shanley’s Irish Hotel. Entry is free. For more information head to www.cliftonpa.org.
