PAIX PICKED FOR BRONCOS

TOOWOOMBA’S Cory Paix has again been chosen for the Brisbane Broncos in a pre-season trial, this time against Wynnum-Manly on Saturday.

The 19-year-old half was impressive against Souths Logan in Warwick, scoring a try and consistently threatening the line of the Intrust Super Cup team.

His inclusion is among a number of regular first graders returning to the field, including Jack Bird, Tevita Pangai Jnr and Kotoni Staggs.
