INLAND RAIL

THE Toowoomba Surat Basin Enterprise has its sights set on Inland Rail this year ensuring businesses are “Inland Rail ready and capable of working on the project”. An ironic aim for an organisation that claims to advocate for our region.

This ignores the destruction of prime agricultural land, the decimation of small local businesses and eventually the demise of the social capital of our country communities.
