Downsize without compromise at Seachange Toowoomba

SEACHANGE Toowoomba residents Lexi and Keith Lindsay moved to the resort recently after visiting an open day late last year.

Lexi commented that before visiting, she really could never have imagined herself moving to an over 50s resort.

They were looking to downsize and get rid of the lawn mower, but she thought over 50s resorts were really for much older people.

They saw the last open day advertised and thought there was no harm in going along to check it out.

After walking through the Summer House and the display homes, Lexi was immediately convinced this was somewhere that she could see herself living.

“I felt instantly relaxed walking through the beautiful Summer House, and could imagine Keith and I using the pool and entertaining areas,” she said.

“When we visited the display house, it felt like home.”

One month later they moved into the resort and now love their new lifestyle.

The Lindsays experience is not at all unusual, with director of sales and marketing Alex McMahon commenting that people frequently have misconceptions about what they will see when they visit a Seachange Lifestyle Resort.

“People often assume the homes will be small and cramped, but are pleasantly surprised to find they are extremely spacious and come complete with a range of premium quality finishes as standard,” Alex said.

“It then becomes an easy decision to purchase, knowing you can downsize without compromise.”

The message is clear: when planning for the future it is important to look at all available options to ensure that you make the right choice for you.
