Aussie sound rattles walls

-

GOLDEN Guitar winner Josh Arnold, the creative mind behind Small Town Culture, and the once wild man of the Aussie country music scene, is back and at his rollicking best with his newly formed Woolshed Band.

Growing up around the shearing sheds, Josh has found his way home with an infectious and undeniably Aussie sound that shakes the floorboards and rattles the walls with its raucous intensity and iconic simplicity.

The new music is entrenched in the Aussie bush sound in the spirit of the legendary Bushwackers and brought to life with six new original songs all written by Josh.

“I’m so excited to finally be releasing some of my own music with the Woolshed Band,” Josh said.

Climbing tent poles and tackling wheelie bins were once all part of the act and nothing seems to have changed as Josh and crew deliver their new sound with their first ripping single The Woolshed from their debut EP, Raddle & Rise.

After a 12 year hiatus with Small Town Culture, working with more than 250 regional schools and communities, Josh Arnold and the Woolshed Band are ready to rip back in and shake up the live scene with a bit of Aussie..OY!

“I have a huge year ahead with my Small Town Culture work, which I love, but the new EP and video single were incredible fun to make,” he said.
