This HBO half-hour dramedy centres around best friends Issa (Issa Rae, pictured) and Molly (Yvonne Orji), two young black women living their everyday lives amidst a series of complicated, often uncomfortable racial experiences in Los Angeles. But no matter what life throws at them, they manage to find solutions to their problems by facing them together in this series full of plenty of chuckles and serious heart. In tonight’s episode, Molly and Andrew take off for their first couples’ vacation with Andrew’s brother, Victor, and his wife, Lydia. Expect things to go awry when a hotel employee steps out of line. Meanwhile, Molly re-evaluates her inability to let things go.
