Mobile laundry comes to town

-

BUSY households and timepoor businesses across Toowoomba are now able to book their on-the-go wash-and-fold needs with The Laundry Lady.

Laundry Lady, which first launched on the Gold Coast in 2012, has experienced steady growth over the past six months, employing even more contractors across Queensland, plus in Victoria and New South Wales.

CEO Susan Toft says the uptick in demand from families, working couples, property managers, and small businesses like hair and beauty salons has been a key driver of growth.

“Our customers enjoy the convenience of having their washing taken care of – whether it’s families or commercial clients – and take advantage of pre-booking regular services,” she said.

“Those in the tourism and hospitality sector can get back to business and day-to-day operations, while Laundry Lady takes care of the linen, towels and uniforms.”

Laundry Lady services (wash, dry, fold and iron) are also ideal for those who may be renovating, attending university, National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) participants, or local cafe or gym owners.
