Quarantine hub

CONGRATULATIONS to the Wagners. Their foresight could have saved Australians from many problems if they had started building months ago.

But no, as usual conservative politics stopped it. Just like the water recycling issue years ago, the same fear mongers are at work.

Read the stats. Dedicated quarantine hubs work, hotel quarantine is problematic. Toowoomba people are more at risk from border hoppers than incomers quarantining with all the checks and balances that will be in place.

The majority of Toowoomba people is not the 6000 figure quoted, these are just the petitioners, there are more than 160,000 residents in this LGA.
