“You are literally in the middle of the Great Barrier Reef, surrounded by turtles and beautiful fish. It’s amazing,” Gladstone Area Promotion and Development’s tourism manager Nicola Scurr said.
“The food is five-star standard. Picture prawns and scallops on the beach at sunset.”
Guests stay in safari tents in the island’s eco resort and can snorkel around the island. The total prize is valued at $22,520.
